Owner
Corey Boldt is the owner and heart of the Double Boldt Real Estate team. As a lifelong resident of Wauwatosa, she can’t imagine raising her family in any other community; nothing feels more at-home to her than working with and for the neighborhood she calls home.
After 15 years in the business world, Corey decided to pursue her dream: a career in real estate. Corey’s background in business lends itself to negotiating contracts, while her passion and expertise help her clients find their dream homes. She proudly works alongside Keller Williams Realty, where she and her team align their beliefs with those of the largest brokerage system in the world.
Corey works with her clients through every step of the process—buying, selling, staging—to deliver consistent results and help them find exactly what they’re looking for.

Jamie Boldt

Jamie Boldt is a life-long resident of Wauwatosa and comes to Double Boldt Real Estate after 20 successful years in the fine wine industry. Having founded the business with his beautiful and better half Corey Boldt over 8 years ago, he recently joined the team to help build and grow the team. Jamie loves being outside cycling, golfing and running while enjoying the many circles of friends developed over the years. Corey and Jamie have three boys in the Wauwatosa Public school system and wouldn’t want to be living anywhere else!

Paul comes to the Double Boldt Real Estate Team after a successful ten-year career in retail management. Growing up he dreamt of being an architect; creating and drawing floor plans and furniture placement on any paper surface he could get his hands on. Working in the real estate arena now gives him the opportunity to fulfill this dream of working with homes! With the combination of his love for people, passion for helping others, and appreciation for real estate, he is thrilled to be helping YOU with all buying and selling transaction details. Karen, her husband Jake, and son Noah have called Elm Grove home for over 17 years. Choosing the charming community to plant their roots has been their best decision.
With twenty-five years of hotel and restaurant experience, Karen is excited to bring her spirit of hospitality to the world of Real Estate. Her career has allowed her to work for some of the most prestigious institutions including Four Seasons Hotels, Sanford Restaurant, The Pfister Hotel and Jake’s Restaurant.
Karen’s years of working in the highest levels of hospitality provided her with the skills necessary to help her clients with the real estate needs in the most productive and efficient manner possible.

Jake grew up in Florida, working in his family restaurant. His passion for food and hospitality led him to study at Boston University and then on to Culinary School at the French Culinary Academy in New York. He made the commitment to buy his family restaurant in Brookfield, WI in 2001 with his wife, Karen. Over the last 20 years, Jake’s creativity and implementation of systems has elevated the 60 year old business which continues to be a Wisconsin favorite. His love of fishing and travel has now led him into Real Estate with his wife, where they focus on residential and recreation properties as well as real estate investments.
Tiffany Schlieve

Tiffany Schlieve, her husband, and 3 young children recently moved from Wauwatosa to buy Tiffany’s childhood home in Brookfield. She has a background in Emergency Medical Services; for the past 6 years, Tiffany has been fortunate enough to be a stay-at-home mom. She has always had a passion for decorating, organizing, and interior design, which lead her to the Double Boldt Real Estate Team.
Her journey into home décor started over 15 years ago, after she helped with the interior design of her parents’ home during a large remodel. Since then, friends and family have asked her to design, organize, and decorate their homes. Staging and preparing your home is not an option any longer—it is an essential part of bringing it to market. Your success is predicated on her transforming ideas into beautiful and functional design solutions in your home.
Tiffany works with our team to present your home in the best way possible, making it appealing to a wide range of buyers and maximizing our client’s investment. Besides being a dedicated mom and wife, Tiffany enjoys DIY projects, organizing, water sports, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Mike Hanson
Buyer’s Agent Specialist
Mike Hansen comes to Double Real Estate by way of Arizona, New York City, Stevens Point and Waukesha, WI before settling into Wauwatosa in 2004. Mike has worked in the pharmaceutical industry, the fitness industry and most recently owned and operated a bowling business in Waukesha. Mike has been married to his beautiful wife, Beth, for 18 years and have two boys at McKinley in Wauwatosa. Mike is heavily involved in McKinley activities, bettering many young lives with his high energy involvement. In his down time, you can find Mike running long distances, catching live music and kicking back with a well-made beer. We are so happy to have him and his unwavering, positive energy with Double Boldt Real Estate!
